Updated Return Policy:
We have a flexible return policy that allows you to return your item either at the time of delivery or within 3 to 5 days after receiving it. All returns must be sent back to the same shipping address from which the parcel originated.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

At the Time of Delivery: Please inspect the product upon delivery. If it does not meet your needs or expectations, you may return it immediately to the same delivery personnel.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
